Throughout your participation in FIT4Life you will use the Garmin Vivofit 4 to track your activity. The device is yours to keep after your participation is complete. After your baseline week, please feel free to customize your activity tracker to your personal style and utilize any options that may be helpful. We want you to get the most out of your Vivofit 4 as you work toward your physical activity goals!

To get started, you will need to make sure your Garmin device and account are set up correctly to capture your physical activity.

After receiving your Garmin vivofit 4, you will download the Garmin Connect app and sync your device. This is how your participation will be monitored during the Active KC program and should be completed as soon as possible.
Instructions may differ slightly depending on the type of smart device you are using (i.e., Apple or Android). If you have questions about this, please contact our team and we will be happy to help you.
On your smart device, download the Garmin Connect app and log in using the email you used to sign up for the Active KC program and the password printed on the copy of the Participant Instructions you received from our staff.
As you log in, you will be prompted to pair your Garmin vivofit 4 device with the app. Follow the instructions outlined below to complete this step.
